Abstract

 This study aims to determine the effect of human relations and physical work environment on the work ethic of employees of PT Pusaka Putra Perkasa Sidoarjo. The method used is associative method with quantitative approach. This research was conducted at PT Pusaka Putra Perkasa Sidoarjo with a total sample of 36 people using puposive sampling technique, to collect data in the field through observation, interviews and questionnaires distributed to employees of PT Pusaka Putra Perkasa Sidoarjo. The results showed that partially human relations had a positive and significant effect on employee work ethic, while the physical work environment had a negative and insignificant effect on employee work ethic. Meanwhile, simultaneously human relations and physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee work ethic.
