Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship of Total Assets and Total Debt to Net Profit, with Sales as an intervening variable, in technology sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2019-2023. It is a quantitative research employing the SEM-PLS method, with data processed using SmartPLS4 software. Data was meticulously gathered from annual reports of 11 sample companies. Findings indicate Total Assets and Total Debt significantly influence Sales, but not directly Net Profit. Sales, however, significantly influence Net Profit. Notably, Sales do not mediate the relationship between Total Assets or Total Debt and Net Profit. These results may stem from market challenges, particularly post-pandemic conditions affecting company adaptation. This research offers a valuable reference and analytical resource for future similar studies
