Abstrak

This study aims to determine the influence of Organizational Culture 
and Job Satisfaction on  Employee Turnover Intention on CV Sukses Jaya Abadi Madiun East Java. The method used in this type of research is Associative, with a quantitative research approach. Data collection uses a questionnaire with a sample of 54 employees as of December 31, 2023 who work at CV Sukses Jaya Abadi Madiun, East Java. Data analysis uses a combined approach between quantitative and descriptive methods, using SPSS version 29. Based on the results of the partial test (t-test), it was shown that the organizational culture variable had a negative and significant influence on  employee turnover intention on CV Sukses Jaya Abadi Madiun East Java. The Job Satisfaction variable has a negative and significant influence on  employee turnover intention on CV Sukses Jaya Abadi Madiun East Java. Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous test (test F) showed that organizational culture and job satisfaction simultaneously had a significant effect on 
employee turnover intention in CV Sukses Jaya Abadi Madiun East Java.
