Perceived Usefulness Ease of Use QRIS Digital Payment Transaction EfficiencyAbstrak
This study aims to examine the influence of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) on the efficiency of digital payments among students at the University of Batanghari Jambi. Using a quantitative descriptive approach, data were collected from 97 respondents through a structured questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, and hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test). The findings reveal that both perceived usefulness and ease of use significantly and positively affect digital payment efficiency, both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination (R²) indicates that 70.6% of the variance in payment efficiency is explained by the independent variables. These results highlight the essential role of QRIS in enhancing transactional efficiency in the digital economy among university students. Novelty/Originality: This study provides empirical evidence on how student perceptions of QRIS in a regional private university setting contribute to the effectiveness of national digital financial inclusion efforts, an area that has received limited scholarly attention.
