This study aims to explore the influence of extrinsic rewards, social trust, self-worth, and expected association on attitudes toward knowledge sharing, along with how these factors and subjective norms affect the intention to share knowledge at PT PLN (Persero). A quantitative method with a verification approach was used. Data were collected via questionnaires distributed to 147 employees, selected from a total population of 285 using the Slovin formula. The sampling method was non-probability sampling through an accidental technique. Data analysis was carried out using multiple regression, which required interval data. Hence, the ordinal data were converted into interval data using the Method of Successive Interval (MSI).The results revealed that social trust and expected association had a significant effect on attitudes toward knowledge sharing, whereas extrinsic rewards and self-worth did not. Additionally, both attitudes toward knowledge sharing and subjective norms significantly influenced the intention to share knowledge. However, their interaction did not have a notable effect on that intention. These findings underscore the importance of fostering social trust and establishing positive association expectations within the organization to enhance employees’ willingness to share knowledge. Therefore, it is recommended that PT PLN (Persero) strengthen its knowledge-sharing culture by promoting trust and appreciating individuals who actively share information.
