Transformation of Cooperatives in East Nusa Tenggara Facing Technological Advances and Digitalization

Abstrak

This research aims to examine the readiness of cooperatives in the East Nusa Tenggara region in facing the development of information technology, specifically the transformation of cooperatives in the era of technological progress and digitalization. The sample in this study used a non-probability sampling technique and the method chosen used purposive sampling which was specifically chosen based on the availability of official addresses (website and email) to facilitate data collection. Data collection was carried out using a list of questions (questionnaire) and research. The research was conducted on 86 certified primary cooperatives at the East Nusa Tenggara province level, in the literature and analysis in this research using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart PLS 2.0. In this research the cooperative transformation variable is an exogenous variable and the variables education and training, service quality, innovation and independence are endogenous variables.
