This proceeding is a medium for the publication of research articles that have been presented at the 3rd International Conference on Economic, Management, Accounting and Tourism 2025 (3rd ICEMAT) on 5^th– 6^thof May 2025 in Universitas Nusa Cendana Kota Kupang - NTT – Indonesia. 3^rd ICEMAT organized by the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Nusa Cendana University. International Conference on Economic, Management, Accounting and Tourism (ICEMAT) is annual international conference hosted by Management Study Program, Faculty of Economic and Business, Universitas Nusa Cendana, Indonesia. This year is the third year of the conference which we collaborate with University Kebangsaan Malaysia hosted the conference. The theme for this year is “Empowering Communities Through Sustainable Tourism: Bridging Local Action to Global Goals”. The objectives of this conference are to raise awareness of tourism stakeholders on the importance of sustainable tourism and SDGs and Establishing networks between researchers, academics, professionals, and students, especially in the fields of business management, tourism and creative economy. The outcome of this conference is an international proceeding papers (ISSN) and some selected papers will be published on scopus-indexed journals (Jurnal Ekonomi Malaysia and Jurnal Pengurusan) as well as Indonesian SINTA indexed journals.
